AppetiteMap AI is a carrier-appetite matching tool built for commercial insurance brokers. We take the privacy of our users and the insureds whose risk profiles they submit seriously. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

When a broker uses AppetiteMap AI, we collect the risk profile information they enter: the insured's business description, NAICS code, state of operation, exposure types, annual revenue, annual payroll, fleet size, coverage need, and any notes. We also collect account information for registered users such as name and email address, and we record an immutable audit trail of sensitive actions including source ingestion, search, match results, user review, route-to-submission, risk profile creation, evaluation runs, export, and message preparation.

How We Use Information

We use risk profile data to match submissions against carrier appetite guidelines and to return transparent market-fit results with full source provenance. We use account information to authenticate users and manage access. We use the audit trail to provide a defensible, compliant record of how placement decisions were made. We do not perform automated pricing or binding, and we never generate bindable quotes or underwriting approvals.

Data Access and Security

Access to risk profiles, market-fit results, and submission routes is restricted to the broker who created them and to authorized administrators within their organization. Guideline source management and audit trail access are limited to administrators. All data is stored with row-level security controls. Sample and demo data is always clearly labeled and is never represented as live carrier appetite.

Data Retention

Risk profiles and related records are retained for as long as the account is active or as needed to provide the service and maintain the audit trail. Users may delete their own risk profiles; administrators may manage records within their organization.
